Our Mission:

We are a teaching and training GP surgery committed to excellence in patient care. We deliver safe, compassionate, and equitable care grounded in good science, the latest research, and best practice guidelines. We champion continuity where possible, prioritise patient safety, and make best use of NHS resources for the benefit of our community.

Our Ethos:

·         Education at our core: we teach and train medical students, foundation doctors, GP registrars, nurse practitioners and pharmacists, fostering the next generation of primary care clinicians.

·         Evidence-led practice: we continuously update our care using robust research and national guidance, reflecting and improving through audit, feedback and governance.

·         Team-based care: we work collaboratively across our multidisciplinary team and wider NHS partners to provide joined-up, person-centred care.

·         Accountability and integrity: we listen, learn and act transparently, upholding GMC professional standards and the values of the NHS.
